Perigon Pharmacy 360 is focused on the care and support that we offer to our patients and providers. The Patient Care Coordinator position acts as a direct engagement with patients; handling all inbound and outbound calls while developing and maintaining relationships relative to their unique medication and coverage needs. In addition, the PCC will support through outstanding customer service and resolve issues by offering solutions, explanations and options relative to a patient’s medication treatment.
Insurance Verification Coordinator
Perigon Pharmacy 360 is focused on the care and support that we offer to our patients and providers. The Insurance Verification Coordinator (IVC) position will support new and existing patients as it relates to verification of active insurance and complete benefit coverage, prior authorization, patient assistance program, financial assistance, and appeals support, as necessary.
Hybrid Patient Care/ Insurance Verification Coordinator
The Patient Care Insurance Verification Coordinator [PCIVC] will verify insurance benefits coverage and financial assistance programs available for new patients and existing patients with changes in insurance coverage. In addition, the PCIVC will conduct new patient welcome calls, handle inbound and outbound calls while developing and maintaining relationships with existing patients and providers to ensure outstanding customer service and resolve issues by offering solutions, explanations and options to patients, caregivers, providers, and any additional call types.
Pharmacy Technician
Perigon Pharmacy 360 is focused on the care and support that we offer to our patients and their providers. The Pharmacy Technician position will conduct a variety of front-end and back-end pharmacy operations in the processing and shipment of prescription orders. Functional areas include prescription intake, QA, PCB, Order Entry, Shipping & Logistics.
Account Manager
The Account Manager is a sales position designed to maximize our organization’s volume and market share in an assigned territory. This role develops and maintains long-term, effective relationships with Healthcare providers, affiliated pharmacy staff, and support personnel in various Prescriber locations.
