At Perigon Pharmacy 360, we keep you informed every step of the way. Upon receipt of your prescription, you will receive a call from one of our Care Coordinators to inform you of the status of your prescription and provide you with an estimated time as to when your prescription may be ready. Multiple factors may determine the length of fulfilling your prescription order. We work as quickly as we can to respond to your needs.

Perigon Pharmacy 360 will reach out to you or your caregiver about a week before you are due for your next shipment. Our Patient Care Team works with you to ensure that you receive your medication in plenty of time. If we miss you on the call, please reach back out to us at 844.698.2533 to complete the scheduling of your order.
Perigon Pharmacy 360 partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers, 501C3, and other funding organizations to identify funds available to our patients in need of specialty medications. We will work with you to determine eligibility and where possible, enroll you in a program that can save you from incurring high out-of-pocket costs.
Waiting for your medication can be frustrating. That's why it's our goal to work with a sense of urgency and accuracy. Due to the high cost of specialty medications, authorizations through your insurance company may be required. Perigon Pharmacy 360 works with your insurance company and your prescriber to initiate and follow up on your authorization, all while ensuring that you are kept in the loop.
Perigon Pharmacy 360 will reach out to you for a welcome call to review the information we received on your insurance coverage. Next, we will contact your insurance company to obtain coverage for the requested medication. Each time your medication is filled, Perigon Pharmacy 360 will verify your insurance eligibility before calling you to schedule the delivery of your medication, and while on the call with you, we will confirm that you have had no changes in coverage since our last call.
Unfortunately, not all prescription requests get approved through your insurance with prior authorization. If your insurance will not cover a product with authorization, we will work with you and your prescriber to review options considered medically equivalent that will be covered by your insurance. Your prescriber will always be consulted prior to any change in prescription.
Unwanted side effects can be scary. Our pharmacists at Perigon Pharmacy 360 are available to you 24/7/365 for any questions you have regarding your medications.
In the event that Perigon Pharmacy 360 is unable to support your specific medication needs, we will proactively notify you and your prescriber to prevent disruption in your therapy and to advise for next steps.
In the event of an emergency or event affecting either the location of the pharmacy or your location, Perigon Pharmacy 360 will provide alternative sources for you to obtain your prescriptions in the geographic area in which you are served, including coordination of transfer to a pharmacy that can best serve your immediate needs.
